Mario Ashcraft has been studying, practicing and teaching the healing arts for nearly two decades.
He earned his Massage Therapy Certification in the United States, and later studied in Thailand where he mastered the various methods of Thai Massage.
His belief in the mind-body-spirit connection led him to immerse himself in the study of Kung Fu, Yoga, Qigong and Tai Chi. He subsequently received his teaching certifications in both yoga and Tai Chi. Mario has dedicated his life and his work to achieving strength, clarity, and peace – for himself and for his clients.
For many, a massage from Mario begins a journey towards greater self-knowledge and fulfillment, beginning with the release of built up tension in the body, and the discovery of a peaceful state of mind which our hurried lives deny us. The word “massage” is too small to describe Mario’s techniques for releasing clients from pain and calming the mind.
Mario currently is writing a book on the varied techniques and healing benefits of Thai Massage, and plans to establish an instructional massage school in 2010.
