Computer Software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Micro Station.
Customer Service: I have much experience in customer service which I gained during my serving years. Through this experience, I developed strong communication skills. Also during these years, I learned to work as a team to reach a similar goal which was providing great quality experience for guests.
Tutoring: During my time tutoring, I developed some strong skills in that short period of time. One was the awareness of how different students learn at different rates; and for that reason a tutor must modify their teaching methods to accommodate the student. Another skill I developed was learning how to create lesson plans. In order to teach someone anything, one must have a structured way to present the information logically.
