I have a german personal and group trainer certification and i was working in 2008/09 at a physiotherapy
clinic in Cologne, Germany.
I am teaching Capoeira, which is a brazilian martial art and dance combined and is taught and
performed with music. Capoeira is a physical activity involving performance exercises for it requires
continuos and rhythmic bodily motion engaging many groups of muscles. As muscular exercise, it is
demands intense physical effort.
The physical qualities which capoeira developes are flexibility, strengh, endurance, speed, balance,

I also offer a Brazilian Workout, which we've created for people from the age of 30+. The Brazilian
Workout is performed with diffrent brazilian music and consists of movements from Capoeira, Samba,
Maculel? and Afro-Dance. It is a mix of the most popular brazilian cultural dances and developes
flexibility, strengh, endurance and coordination. The Brazilian Workout is also a great and effective
way to loose weight and stay in shape.
