I am responsible for greeting and checking in the patients as they enter the office as well as checking them out as they leave. I call to confirm all the appointments. Many of my responsibilities as on the phone either with patients, insurance companies as well as other doctors offices. Other duties included opening and closing the front office, handling the daily deposits and helping to organize the staff meetings.

My name is Aaron and I recently moved to Southern California from Salt Lake City a little over a year ago. I moved down here to get involved and start a career in the entertainment industry. I had a PA job lined up with a family friend and after I had moved down I found out that the project that I was supposed to be working on fell through. So now I am at a job that I have no future in. I know I am lucky to have a job but I am looking for a career. I have always seen myself working in the entertainment industry and I can't see myself doing anything else. There is no way I am going back to Salt Lake, I am here is the city where anything can happen. Everyone has told me that with the entertainment industry it is about WHO you know. So I am looking for that WHO. One way or another I will get there but it never hurts to have some help and/or guidance. I have a BS in Mass Communication/Public Relations from The University of Utah. I have a worked numerous jobs dealing with people so I can get along with anyone. I have done assistant work in the past and I loved it. I am very reliable and have my own transportation. If given the chance I will not let you down, in fact I will go above and beyond your expectations.
