Helene Haber is a successful Lifestyle and Nutrition Counselor. She brings her own experience changing her diet and life to her clients. After finishing her nutritional studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and seeing remarkable results using a holistic approach, she knew her passion lied in helping people live a healthy lifestyle and get out of their own way to achieve it.

 Personally, Helene is committed to moderation in her own health habits, and far from believing that she has achieved optimal health, she continually works on improvement.

 She is a compassionate professional who is committed to creating a healthy and balanced life for her clients.

 Helene is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, is a graduate of Coach University and holds a B.A. in Communications and Economics.
