Mr. Crane has been practicing law for 32 years.
As a litigator, he has tried 100s of cases, including dozens of jury trials. He has personally handled numerous appeals, in the state and Federal Courts and has also served as an arbitrator, mediator, small claims court judge pro tem and administrative hearing officer.
As a transactional attorney Mr. Crane has reviewed and drafted a wide variety of contracts and real estate documents, has formed corporations and other entities, obtained tax exempt status for entities, has obtained intellectual property protection, and maintained corporate records.
As a bankruptcy attorney Mr. Crane has represented trustees, Chapter 11 Debtor's in possession, Creditor's Committees, creditors and individual debtors.
Mr. Crane is authorized to represent tax relief customers before the IRS and handled all types of tax relief including Tax Court litigation.
Mr. Crane has a holistic approach to the practice of law and would much prefer helping a client with a dose of preventative medicine than engaging in costly and stressful litigation.
