It was established in Los Angeles by Billy Persons (1925-2007), and he was active in its operation until 1977 when he retired. Under his guidance, the company grew into one of the largest bail agencies in Southern California with offices in West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Venice, Torrance and Lennox. In 1977, his son, also named Billy, entered the business, and in 1981, he assumed management of the company. In 1991, Chris Bailey joined the company bringing his administrative skill and experience to broaden the scope of the company to include a full-service surety insurance agency.
Since its founding, Allstate Bail Bonds has remained committed to providing the ultimate in service to the people and communities it serves.
