How do you pay? >Most of our clients pay by leaving a cash, check or money order on the counter the day of the service. Do you need to be home while cleaning occurs? >No. In fact, most of our clients prefer to have us clean while they are at work. Some clients issue us a key which we code and keep in a proven lockbox for security. The decision is completely up to you. Clients can earn discount by referring. Discounts are given to our clients for referrals that hire A2Z Maid service. We rely on repeat customer satisfaction to retain our clients. If you decide to use our services on a regular basis, we will schedule you indefinitely to reserve your cleaning day. Our clients schedule service on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. One-time or occasional service is available, welcomed and appreciated. Cancel or reschedule? If you need to reschedule or cancel, simply call our office. Please, give at least two days notice for a cancellation or schedule change. Contract? > We do not require a written contract. AFFORDABLE To keep service costs extremely affordable and to eliminate the possible pest transfer your domestic helper will use your broom, mop, vacuum, needed supplies and equipment.
